Directions for Use:
- Insert the air plug into the air jack securely
- Put your arm through the cuff loop
- Close the fabric fastener firmly
- Press the START/STOP button. The arm cuff will start to inflate automatically
- The reading will be displayed
- Remove the arm cuff
- Press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor off
